Okay. Quick rants on 2 subjects:

1: The Boyfriend.

Blair. I love this boy to death. by August 21st, we'll have been dating for 4 and a half months. My longest relationship was 2 and a half. There are times when he absolutely gets on my nerves soooo much. But I still love him. And I pretty much set myself up in a relationship that was doomed to fail. Ahhhh!

2: The Pastor Thing.

Okay, so last year, I was put into foster care and into a group home. It was nothing I did, my parents were wrongfully accused of neglect and I only spent 2 weeks in there before the courts figured out how stupid they really are. In that time frame, I was pretty much completely pulled from my other life. They said that it was kinda like Detox for girls who were in there for something they did, and apparantly the same rules had to apply to me.

So, no phone or internet, no seeing my friends, no seeing my brothers, no going to church, no going to my job, I could only see my family when the court said I could with Social Workers there, etc. etc. etc.

Well, since I couldn't go to my church, I pushed to at least go to A church. I've worked really hard to get my faith where it is with a Jewish background and Athiest family. So, we went to this little Non-Denominational Church in Hickory.

While I don't completely support the non-denominational style (i find it rather wavering) I LOVED this church. And while I'm a United Methodist, and we allow women preachers, I'd never actually seen one. And the more I started thinking about it, the more it clicked. I want to be a Preacher. It just seemed right.

So, I'm going to be one. And there are some days where I think I'm not worthy enough, or there's no way someone like me can do something like that. But overall, I know that's what I'm suppose to be doing with my life.
